Nestled right here in Hiawatha, Katie's Tropical Sno started with a simple idea: make the best shaved ice this side of the state, and do it with a smile.

Every day, we carve fresh blocks of ice by hand and layer them with syrups made from real fruit extracts. No artificial shortcuts — just honest, refreshing flavor that hits different on a hot Kansas afternoon.
